Weekend Recap

Happy Monday Y'all!

This weeks recap is a photo-dump kind of recap. 

My parents got here on Saturday morning and are here all week long so I am attempting to keep this week's posts sweet and simple so I have more time to spend with Nana and Pawpaw!

Friday afternoon we found ourselves watching the lawn guys and enjoying the view of our neighborhood while waiting on Daddy to get home!

Quinn asked for me to take their picture while sitting on the wall. 

While my parents arrived Saturday morning, we also held a garage sale with the rest of our neighborhood. 

I think Quinn has outgrown this favorite piece, don't ya think?

Kensington is in major baby mode. Like take baby everywhere with her and do everything for baby that she does for herself. 

I really wonder if she remembers lying next to her sister getting a bottle?

She hasn't seen anything like this recently. 

She's such a little Momma!

Sunday we spent the day in Kimmswick for the Strawberry Festival. I've always heard wonderful things about this festival and finally got to experience it. 

I'm a sucker for festivals of all kinds!

I got my strawberry jam and we ate at the Blue Owl. 

My day was complete!

These girls aren't sure if they like the coldness of ice-cream!

We also had swim class and the girls didn't exceptionally well. They have started to hold their breath without blowing in their faces. 

Of course their hair was all kinds of crazy but they partook in some major handholding with Nana and Pawpaw on the way into Pi Pizza! 

Let's just say the pizza is to die for, it's a favorite of mine for sure!

Let's not forget that Daddy got tired of hair in the eyes and braided sweet girl's hair before supper!

We ended our weekend with lots of giggles at home before bed. 

The weekend was great and we are so excited to have Nana and Pawpaw here for a few more days!!
